I am a Social worker with 25 years of experience in my field. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work (emphasis on counseling) from the University of Washington. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico, with honors.
I have been a social worker and counselor in a variety of settings such as working at a psychiatric hospital for adolescents, at a domestic violence agency, at a Community Mental Health agency and with Child Protective Services with the State of WA for the past 17 years. I provide services to individuals, couples and families
I have a private practice in Puyallup, WA and have been in practice in a variety of settings. My practice is currently focused on coaching, which brings a powerful action-oriented aspect to my work
I am committed to my personal and professional growth, and bring my training and experience to our work together. I’m a dedicated lifelong learner always interested in pursuing, integrating and sharing what I’ve learned.
When I’m not coaching or clicking away on my keyboard you can find me: cycling around western Washington, hanging out with my beautiful adult children, spending every possible moment with my fiancé, or playing with my two adorable dachshunds. And, I continue to work with Child Protective Services as a supervisor, coach and mentor.
